Spring has arrived and the weather is warming up so bring in the smoothie bowls. This is one of my go-to breakfast/lunch recipes, but it’s so versatile. You can create your own with whatever fruits you have at home.
- Blend together your Yogurt, Frozen Banana and Berries, 4 Dates and Water.
I like to soak my dates in warm water to soften it a little before I add them to the blender.
Adding your chia seeds after blending your ingredients won't break down the seed - I love that little pop between my teeth.
